considering the problem this guy (early retirement from G.M. and the risk of being pensionless in 2 decades) will probably face soon, no.
But, in Europe we will have the same problem soon, even if the welfare state is far more enhanced.
The average aging of western population is the problem and seems that politicians and their economists haven't find a solution yet..
